The Role: The Marketing Manager in Maple Bear Nursery is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the school’s visibility, promote its programs and activities, and attract prospective students, parents, and stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging, brand representation, and effective communication within the school community.

Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a school marketing plan aligned with the institution’s goals and objectives.
ü Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
ü Establish measurable marketing goals and objectives.
· Brand Management:Ensure consistent branding across all branch’s materials, communications, and online platforms. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold the school’s image.
ü Collaborate with design teams for the creation of visually appealing and cohesive marketing materials.
· Digital Marketing:Manage the school’s online presence through the school website and social media channels.
ü Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization.
ü Analyse digital marketing analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Content Creation:Create compelling and informative content for various marketing channels, including website content, brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
ü Work with Head of Department, Branch Managers and Teachers to gather content that highlights the Nursery’s achievements, events, and unique offerings.
· Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate marketing events such as open houses, parent information sessions, and community outreach programs.
ü Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of events and maximize attendance.
· Public Relations:Cultivate positive relationships with local media outlets to secure coverage of school events and achievements.
ü Prepare and distribute press releases to highlight significant school news and accomplishments.
· Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with admissions, academic departments, and administrative teams to align marketing strategies with enrolment and academic goals.
ü Communicate marketing initiatives and strategies to internal stakeholders to ensure a unified and consistent message.
· Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient allocation of resources.
· Non-technical skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ü Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
