We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager for a maternity cover contract. In this fixed term role, you will support the Sales team with the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a tangible impact while covering a key team member’s leave.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress and Canva, with a desired knowledge of Planoly or similar social scheduling platform
· Strong digital design skills with the ability to create brochures, online content, and marketing assets in line with brand guidelines
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience in SEO and PPC campaigns, as well as social media advertising
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
· 3-5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role with a proven ability to work independently
· Ability to communicate well with customers, colleagues, and external contacts
· Full UK Driving License

· Manage and execute the marketing plan in line with the agreed budget
· Create and implement regular social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and submit a monthly activity report to management covering metrics and ROI
· Write a monthly blog for the company website
· Organise and manage all aspects of photoshoots for marketing purposes, from planning and logistics to on-site coordination and asset delivery
· Create and maintain all necessary print material in line with brand guidelines
· Liaise with external suppliers including photographers, graphic designers, and digital professionals
· Create and implement regular email campaigns (MailChimp)
· Occasional creation of advertising campaigns across both print and online
· Management and regular updating of the company website
· Monitoring and analysis of company websites using Google Analytics
· Write editorial for press opportunities
· Create quarterly internal presentations
· Attend weekly meetings with Sales Team and Design Manager
· Collaborating with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts
