To strengthen our team in Dubai (UAE), we are looking for a full-time: Marketing Manager MEA (m/f/d) As a Marketing Manager, you will be developing, executing and evaluating strategic marketing projects and tactics with multi-national and cross-functional teams, targeted at a variety of audiences in the MEA region: This function enables and coordinates team members to run marketing campaigns in their respective regions, that resonate with the target audience and support the overall corporate goals. Responsibilities Your tasks: Launch Management Planning and implementation of marketing strategies aiming at increasing brand awareness, generating new business leads and gaining market share Coordinating teams, individuals and tasks to ensure timely and measurable project results Oversee all aspects of the projects from finance to legal, from feasibility to timelines Define goals and install appropriate means to measure and report on success of marketing campaigns Drive and coordinate exchange of ideas, strategies and tactics to enable the accelerated growth of regional marketing in additional sub-region(s Co-development of marketing campaigns Creation and coordination of sales & marketing tools Support of project management Digital Marketing Writing blog posts for the MEA region in collaboration with the EMEA HQ Team Collaboration on reference cases, content creation and coordination Support in the conception and implementation of paid social campaigns Joint responsibility for the creation and maintenance of local websites in cooperation with the web team Co-responsibility for the creation and design of local e-mail campaigns in cooperation with the web team Conception and implementation of success analyses of digital campaigns as well as development of recommendations for action on the basis of these evaluations Topic planning in the context of marketing campaigns and corporate communications Content creation (copy writing) for PR, social and owned media as well as internal company communication Creation of market segment-specific press distribution lists and expansion of the media network Placement of content in the editorial environment as well as distribution via the company's own social media channels (LinkedIn, blog) Conducting editorial discussions as well as conception and initiation of (video) interviews Responsibility for Reference Case Management Planning and implementation of (online) advertising measures (LinkedIn & trade press) as well as Conception and implementation of retargeting campaigns Analysis, optimization and continuous success monitoring of all channels with regard to defined KPIs Creation of reports and analyses of completed campaigns for strategic development Participation in budget planning as well as constant control of the budget Coordination of communication activities with business partners in the MEA region Shows and Events Idea generation, conception and realization of events On-site support and follow-up of events Qualifications Your profile: Studies with a focus on marketing/communication/PR – or a comparable education Affinity for hardware and software solutions in the areas of AV&C (audio, video & control) or IT technology Project management experience Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams Knowledge of market research practices and techniques Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies Experience analyzing data Proficient computer skills Budget and cost analysis experience Knowledge of social media platforms Adept in online and traditional marketing Self-motivated strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset Team player with great communication skills Fluent English, Arabic is a plus We offer A varied task in an internationally very successful company.
