Description Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that support brand awareness, business development, and visibility of Meadows & Ohly’s service offerings in the healthcare marketplace. This position directly creates marketing materials, manages digital platforms, coordinates campaigns, and supervises one Marketing Associate to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Execution Create, edit, and manage marketing content across digital, print, and social media platforms Maintain and post content to company social media accounts to promote services, company news, and events Execute visibility campaigns and support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts Create, edit, and manage email marketing campaigns Design and update marketing materials including brochures, flyers, forms, presentations, and branded templates Prepare PowerPoint presentations for business development and leadership use Draft corporate press releases and coordinate placement of print and digital advertisements with relevant media groups and publications. Ensure brand standards are followed across all marketing materials Digital & Property Marketing Support Maintain and update the company website, including content updates and visual consistency Create and maintain marketing materials for properties, including flyers, floor plans, [GB1] photos, and related assets Coordinate and maintain up-to-date architectural photography of buildings Events, Proposals & Business Development Support Assist with planning and execution of marketing, corporate, and industry events Prepare and assemble marketing content for RFP and RFQ responses Support company participation in conferences and trade shows, including preparation of materials and logistics Support CRM (HubSpot) marketing efforts and help ensure data accuracy. Create and execute strategic Paid Ad campaigns across relevant advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). People Management & Collaboration Supervise and support one Marketing Associate, including task assignment, training, and performance feedback Review and approve work produced by the Marketing Associate to ensure accuracy and brand alignment Prioritize and distribute workload to meet deadlines and business needs Collaborate closely with business development and internal teams to support marketing requests Vendor & Project Coordination Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, printers, photographers, and advertising partners Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and asset libraries Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong hands-on marketing and graphic design skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint Experience in web hosting platforms such as Webflow (preferred), Squarespace, or WordPress. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff Strong attention to detail and quality control Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or graphic design from an accredited college or university Minimum five (5) years of practical marketing experience Prior experience in real estate, property management, or healthcare environments preferred
