  • A data-driven mindset with strong skills in analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A creative approach- whether through campaign execution or problem-solving.
  • Experience with tools like DotDigital, Hootsuite, Canva/Adobe.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

This is a hybrid role and we’re ideally looking for someone who lives within reach of one of our offices in Soho, Skipton or Stafford.
We will also consider applicants based in Ireland within commuting distance of Blackrock to support our growing Ireland doctors business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Write engaging content for our website and social media channels, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance—turning insights into action.
  • Manage social media engagement and candidate databases.
