QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in leading Marketing in a similar sized organisation, ideally in the aged care sector.
  • Proven track record of coordinating projects, building relationships with key stakeholders and working across complex organisations to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Proven experience in marketing and fundraising strategy development, campaign management and creative implementation within a results-focused environment.
  • Experience in data reporting and financial management, including but not limited to budgeting and reporting to maximise on revenue and ensure campaign profitability.
  • Sound knowledge of marketing and fundraising strategies and effective campaigns that will underpin growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development and execution of strategic and business plans aligned with organisational goals and sector demands.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the development and delivery of a marketing and fundraising strategy for MiCare that is aligned to the organisational objectives to optimise stakeholder awareness, growth and engagement.
Strategies will make use of all marketing channels, be aligned to the MiCare brand and purpose, and are engaging for target audiences. This will require working across MiCare to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

As a leader with MiCare, this role provides strong leadership in delivering on and upholding MiCare’s Mission, Vision and Values in alignment with the organisation’s strategic plan. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:

  • In consultation with senior stakeholders, develop and deliver a marketing plan, ensuring alignment with MiCare’s strategic plan.
  • Plan, develop and implement marketing and fundraising campaigns to support MiCare’s objectives.
  • Proactively explore opportunities to promote MiCare’s services.
  • Identify and implement fundraising opportunities.
  • Conduct regular data analysis and measure campaign performance against predefined metrics.
  • Identify and implement changes to optimise marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track campaign progress against marketing objectives and budget constraints.
