POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a highly organized, results-driven, and creative Marketing Manager / Digital Director to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand, attract new patients, and amplify our presence in the beauty and wellness space. You will oversee digital marketing, collaborate with external vendors, and create high-impact content across platforms—all with the goal of achieving growth and driving measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and digital leadership, preferably in plastic surgery, med spa, or luxury beauty/wellness industries.
  • Strong command of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and CRM/email workflows.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Podium, Shopify, or comparable platforms.
  • Proven success leading paid media campaigns, content creation, and social media growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to collaborate across clinical, front office, and executive teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-driven leader with a passion for beauty, branding, and digital innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase qualified leads, bookings, and sales.
  • Define and track KPIs to optimize ROI, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
