Description:

MARKETING MANAGER, MID MARKET

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive relevancy with our Mid Market customers and ensure we tailor our marketing activities to resonate with these group of customers.
You will develop, implement and maintain innovative and effective marketing activities for Mid Market Chains as a distinct customer audience.
You will own the approach for Mid Market in terms of overall global marketing positioning, approach/playbooks, and messaging and content activities across all channels. You will plan and execute digital marketing programs that drive pipeline generation and conversion to support MQL, SQL and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our Mid Market global marketing strategy and activities, including but not limited to campaigns, ABM, Pitch Presentations, Sales Collateral. PR, content, SEO/SEM and websites working with other specialists in the organisation.
  • Plan, develop and execute the Mid-Market marketing plan and program in line with global strategy to drive regional MQL and revenue targets
  • Review and support annual PR and content plan, actively seek additional PR generating activities, including media leverage.
  • Plan develop and oversee flawless marketing campaigns, working with other marketing team members and graphic designers to ensure quality communications that are delivered on time and to the targeted audience, across digital mediums.
  • Monitor customer trends, industry press, seasonal activity, and competitor activity, in order to evaluate the industry and capitalise on opportunities and develop marketing collateral
  • Ensure that all marketing spend is tracked and ROI measured
  • Lead ongoing campaign tracking and optimisation to provide post analysis for all campaigns, ensuring measurability and quality
  • Support the Paid Media team on campaigns – analysing results to determine the success of campaigns
  • Strategise with sales and product teams to create an agenda that results in a communications plan that will drive customer acquisition
  • Support the sales team through creation sales enablement content to drive customer acquisition, retain existing customers and maximise revenue
