Job Title: Marketing Manager Job Description: As the Marketing Manager for our electric vehicle dealership in Stockholm, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost sales of electric vehicles (EVs) in the local market. You will work closely with sales, management, and manufacturer marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Develop Marketing Strategies: Create innovative marketing plans tailored to the Stockholm market to promote a range of electric vehicles, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the dealership’s brand image in line with global brand guidelines. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital (social media, SEO, SEM), offline (events, print ads, local sponsorships), and direct marketing. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the EV sector and Swedish automotive market. Customer Engagement: Develop programs to attract and retain customers, including loyalty initiatives, test drive events, and community engagement activities. Collaboration: Liaise with manufacturer marketing teams for coordinated brand efforts and support product launches, promotions, and national campaigns. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials, promotions, and sales events that support lead generation and conversions. Digital Presence: Oversee the dealership’s website, social media channels, and online reputation to ensure consistent messaging and strong engagement. Reporting & Analytics: Track marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports to support data-driven decision-making. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with Swedish advertising laws and industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in automotive marketing or a related industry; EV experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of the Swedish automotive market and consumer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English. Creative mindset with strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Interest in sustainability and green technologies is a plus.
