Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of national brand, tactical and partnership campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Working within our central marketing team and based full-time at our Brisbane Head Office, this role plays an important part in driving brand awareness, preference, occupancy and revenue outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to bring campaigns to life, ensuring activity is well-executed, on-brand and delivering measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing Support the end-to-end development and delivery of national brand and tactical multi-channel campaigns Assist in the creation of clear and effective campaign briefs for creative and media agencies Manage the national campaign calendar and coordinate activity across teams Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Support media planning, budget management and campaign optimisation Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring accuracy, timelines and attention to detail Track performance and prepare reporting, insights and ROI analysis Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with business priorities Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and efficiency Support the activation of brand, media and tourism partnerships Use customer insights, consumer trends and performance data to refine campaign activity Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related discipline 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role Experience supporting national or multi-site campaigns Strong skills in campaign coordination, creative briefing and reporting Good understanding of digital and social media performance Confident working with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders Strong organisational and project coordination skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate results Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
