Description:

LOCATION: DUBLIN

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team to lead the implementation of our marketing plan and roadmap, and to support brand guardianship alongside the CEO. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly creative, and possess excellent influencing, management and planning skills. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our marketing initiatives, maximizing brand exposure, and working well with our partners to ensure the successful execution of our marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing plan implementation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing
  • Strong influencing, co-ordination and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and enhance our marketing strategy through the line marketing roadmaps aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience.
  • Lead external partners and cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insight to identify opportunities and threats to support refining marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Use multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media, to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and generate sales leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing content, including advertisements, blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
  • Co-ordinate, monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
