About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and is equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing campaigns. You’ll work across both B2B and B2C initiatives, helping position Morse Micro as a global leader while supporting commercial outcomes across key markets. What You’ll Do Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships Support both B2B (partners, OEMs, developers) and B2C (end-user awareness, product storytelling) marketing efforts Develop compelling messaging that communicates complex technology in a clear, engaging way Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals Leverage modern AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency, targeting, and creativity Contribute to brand development as Morse Micro scales globally What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally spanning both B2B and B2C environments Strong track record of learning on the job, including the ability to reflect on and communicate both successes and failures Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, where adaptability and ownership are key Exposure to a global technology business (experience with an Australian HQ is a plus) Hands-on experience with modern AI marketing tools and a curiosity to explore new ones A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine can-do attitude Excellent communication and storytelling skills How You Think We’re particularly interested in how you approach marketing as both: a science — driven by data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes an art — powered by creativity, intuition, and storytelling In your application, we’d love to hear how you balance these two sides in your work.
