We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated, creative, and digitally savvy Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing efforts across the Group. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Murray Senior Management team to shape, lead, and implement effective campaigns that increase engagement and deliver real business results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating and executing targeted, high-impact campaigns to drive leads and engagement
  • Managing and optimising the Murray Group website and social media platforms
  • Analysing performance data through Google Analytics to continuously improve ROI
  • Controlling and allocating advertising spend to maximise impact
  • Planning and delivering physical and digital sales events
  • Collaborating with our Brand partners’ marketing teams to align national and local strategies
  • Providing regular activity and performance reports to the management team

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive, autonomous marketing professional with the drive to lead
  • Strong digital marketing skills – ideally with relevant qualifications
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms
  • A strategic thinker who can generate leads and improve brand awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Motor trade experience is a bonus, but not essential – curiosity, understanding of our local area and the ability to learn the industry are key
