This role owns campaign strategy, performance, and execution across digital channels, including paid media, eCommerce, online retail support, email, and SMS. You will manage a small creative and marketing team, and lead the Ads Manager responsible for paid media execution, ensuring strong performance and alignment with overall business goals. This is a hybrid role requiring both strategic thinking and operational leadership and requires you to be in the Toronto office, onsite, two (2) times week, so ideally, you are local to the GTA/have the ability to commute into TO HQ. What You’ll Do Email & Web Design Design and optimize content for websites, landing pages, banners, product details pages (PDPs), and digital campaigns. Create on-brand graphics for social media, email newsletters, digital ads, and partner retail platforms. Collaborate with internal teams on UI/UX considerations, accessibility, and creative alignment. Be the liaison for Shopify tasks. Amazon Content Leadership Own content strategy for Amazon (A+ content, PDPs, storefronts). Work with regional Amazon managers to localize and optimize content. Ensure content drives conversion and aligns with SEO best practices. Lifecycle Marketing (Klaviyo) Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution. Manage and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.). Segment audiences and improve retention and LTV. Paid Media Strategy & Leadership Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and other platforms. Manage and guide the Ads Manager responsible for execution. Define campaign structure, targeting strategy, and messaging direction. Set performance targets (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates) and ensure accountability. Review performance regularly and provide clear optimization direction. Approve budgets, scaling strategies, and testing roadmaps. Analytics & Performance Management Track and report on KPIs across all channels. Use data to drive decisions across creative, targeting, and spend. Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements. Team Leadership Provide clear directions and key business objectives. Manage workload, timelines, and output quality across the team. Directly manage: Graphic Designer 3D Artist Marketing Assistant Ads Manager What You Bring 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with full campaign ownership. Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads), with experience leading or overseeing performance marketing. Experience managing or mentoring team members. Proven experience with email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo preferred). Strong experience with eCommerce and/or Amazon marketplaces. Ability to manage both creative direction and performance metrics Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in consumer electronics or hardware Experience working across multiple regions Familiarity with Shopify Markets and Amazon ecosystems Experience supporting marketing for big box retailers Experience or knowledge in graphics design, web and app UX/UI to be able to manage designers and web landing pages and PDPs Why Join Nanoleaf?
