Description

WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING MANAGER FOR THE DUTCH MARKET

Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Den Haag, Netherlands
Reporting to: Regional Director of Marketing – North-West Europe
Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-time
Ticketmaster is a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.
Our vision is to connect people around the world to the live events they love – and we are now seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Manager to lead Ticketmaster’s marketing efforts in the Dutch market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and combines strategic thinking with a very hands-on approach.

THE JOB

At Ticketmaster, we are looking for an inspirational Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing efforts to drive demand and sales in the fast-moving live entertainment industry. In this role, you will oversee a variety of responsibilities that include shaping the strategic direction for the brand and nurturing strong client relationships, while empowering a team of five marketing professionals to bring ideas to life and deliver impact campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences.
This position requires both a strong strategic outlook and hands-on responsibilities for daily operations. Therefore, the ideal candidate has experience across all digital marketing channels and will act as a natural leader to motivate, prioritize and bring direction to the team - especially when things move fast and priorities shift. While you are not responsible for day-to-day execution yourself, your ambitions, support and strategic oversight are key to your team’s success.
This is a high-impact collaborative role at the heart of our local management team — in close alignment with the regional marketing director, internal departments and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting
  • Proven team management skills and experience overseeing budgets and resource planning
  • PR experience and ability to handle local media relations confidently
  • Experience with email platforms, social media, CRM, data analytics and planning tools
