Based in Oswestry, Shropshire, NetPMD Design and Integration Ltd is a leading Professional Services team who Design and Integrate Fibre based networks to Homes and Businesses. We have delivered a number of projects in North America already and are expanding our EMEA presence. We are a rapidly growing business and are constantly delivering excellent results.
NetPMD work with leading Service Providers and Construction companies to help them design and ultimately deliver networks to market faster. Our inhouse team of designers, project managers, engineers and senior management, based in the UK and US are constantly pushing the boundaries to the industry on how best networks can be designed, delivered and supported.
With Government funding streams helping providers with the delivery of Fibre networks, it is an exciting time to be part of this Digital evolution and how technology delivers prosperity and choice to people, homes and business alike.
We are looking for:
Marketing is at the heart of any business and we appreciate it is a specialist skillset. We are looking for a Marketing Executive, to be based out of the Oswestry office following a hybrid, flexible working model, to lead the digital marketing objectives of the business. This includes working with the Business Development Director to help join the Sales and Marketing efforts, liaise with our Senior Management team to understand our business and it’s desires and to help with the delivery, implementation and evaluation of our global marketing plans. To be responsible for our social media, website and liaison with external partner marketing teams, to ensure our brand is maximised. A person who comes with a digital mindset and has the personality, knowledge and passion to make this role your own.
What you will be doing:
· Monitor competitor activities and brainstorm potential improvements to our own marketing strategies
· Develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
· Work alongside internal teams to support their objectives by working with them to strategise and develop marketing collateral to support their initiatives
· Research/develop and produce content for news stories and press releases
· Research/develop and produce content for all social media channels
· Research and organise relevant events including exhibitions and seminars
· Produce creative content for brochures, videos and blog posts
· Provide monthly website evaluation reports
· Working with the ESG lead, maintain and further develop the company’s ESG objectives, with particular emphasis on carbon emissions and reduction strategies.
Key competencies required include:
· Self-motivated
· Ability to work within a team
· 3+ years Marketing experience
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
· Communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
