Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives while making a real impact. You’ll have the support of a marketing assistant and work closely with sales and external partners to elevate our brand presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and is eager to make a difference in a growing company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop & implement a results-driven marketing strategy.
  • Support sales with compelling marketing materials, presentations & tender applications.
  • Manage & maintain our annual pricelist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn & Instagram, including copywriting and visual assets.
  • Run impactful email campaigns via Mailchimp.
  • Oversee & support export dealers/agents, providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Plan and execute key events, such as Clerkenwell Design Week.
  • Own the marketing budget, ensuring every pound is well spent.
  • Collaborate with external consultants (render artists, photographers, etc.) to bring our vision to life.
  • Lead creative direction for imagery and brand launches.
  • Take charge of special projects, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Manage and optimize our x4 WordPress websites, ensuring top performance.
  • Oversee PPC & paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive ROI.
  • Guide & support the marketing assistant, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Champion brand consistency, keeping brand guidelines up to date and adhered to.
  • Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
