General Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the bank’s brand, support business growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role focuses on the creation and management of marketing materials, press releases, branding initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and content development. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic marketing professional who can translate the bank’s value proposition into compelling messaging across multiple channels. Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the bank’s brand positioning, growth objectives, and product promotion. · Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and client communications. · Draft and coordinate press releases, media communications, and public relations initiatives. · Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. · Lead brand awareness initiatives and campaigns to increase visibility within target markets and communities. · Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across website, email, and social media platforms. · Oversee content creation including blog posts, website content, newsletters, and marketing copy. · Collaborate with internal teams (retail banking, commercial banking, lending, and leadership) to support marketing needs and campaigns. · Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements. · Manage relationships with external vendors such as designers, printers, agencies, and media outlets. · Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable banking regulations and brand guidelines. Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience developing marketing materials, press releases, and brand messaging. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency with marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
