We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Candidates should be familiar with the overall marketing operations cycle and willing to work beyond means to deliver and execute what the department has promised to achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company’s products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop and curate Social media and website content; Handle social media accounts in all markets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc)
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print and digital materials, email campaigns, and social media content
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and implement new strategies as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Advertising Agency experience is a plus
- Veterinary or Human Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools
