REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a 4-year accredited college or university. Advanced studies in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive proposal management/marketing experience, preferably within the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) or professional services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead proposals, and brand positioning for a technical services firm.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, web CMS).
  • Extensive experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites, including content updates, functionality oversight, and optimization for user experience and SEO.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, proposal development, market research, and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, oral, and visual presentation - with the ability to tailor messaging to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the proposal process from start to finish, including scheduling, strategy sessions, writing, editing, formatting, and submission.
  • Analyze RFP requirements to ensure compliance and tailored messaging.
  • Manage proposal calendars, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Translate technical information into persuasive, client-focused language.
  • Facilitate proposal kickoff and debrief meetings.
  • Oversee the marketing team and collaborate closely with business development, technical staff, and executive leadership.
  • Mentor, teach, and supervise marketing staff, fostering professional growth, develop future leaders, and ensuring alignment with NTH’s culture and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, annual plans, and department performance goals.
  • Manage digital platforms and social media channels to enhance client engagement and visibility.
  • Oversee and manage the company website using WordPress, leveraging extensive experience to maintain functionality, optimize content, and ensure alignment with brand standards and SEO best practices.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, project sheets, presentations, and communications that reflect NTH’s expertise.
  • Host and support client-facing webinars, industry events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team on recruitment marketing, onboarding communications, employee engagement initiatives, and internal culture programs.
  • Integrate emerging marketing tools and technologies, including AI-driven applications for writing, content development, research, analytics, and campaign management, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support NTH’s internal culture initiatives, including employee ownership communications and company-wide engagement programs.
