You’ll be a key member of the team that drives the NZ go-to-market for Employment Hero. Reporting into the ANZ Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and executing the NZ marketing strategy, leading campaigns integrating brand media, sponsored events, webinars, digital channels and email, aligning closely with NZ Sales team across both inbound, outbound and channel partnership go-to-market motions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with and be supported by ANZ regional and global marketing teams (brand media, growth media, events, webinars, email, PR, content, creative and more) to enable the execution of these campaigns. You’ll be adept at navigating matrixed global teams. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who is commercial-minded and data-driven. You are someone who is obsessed with metrics, with a bias to action and high degree of ownership. As a marketer, you should have strong writing skills and a lens to ensure NZ-local storytelling. You will Develop and execute the local-first marketing strategy for New Zealand, driving measurable growth in brand awareness, consideration and demand generation, ultimately contributing to the growth objectives of the market Lead integrated campaigns across digital channels, offline channels, events, webinars, content and more, working closely to successfully brief ANZ regional channel owners and global in-house creative team through to successful execution Tell the local NZ stories, working closely with the global customer advocacy team to ensure a consistent pipeline of compelling, local social proofs Use data and market insights to plan and prioritise initiatives, ensuring the NZ marketing strategy aligns with global goals while reflecting local business culture and need Work closely with the NZ Sales team to ensure alignment and drive go-to-market effectiveness, including tracking campaign performance, lead progression, conversion rates through the funnel and ROI using Salesforce and marketing analytics tool Work closely with the NZ Partnership Sales team and the ANZ Partner Marketing team to integrate our EH Partners as a strategic channel to market Report on campaign effectiveness, including highlighting impact on commercial outcomes Continue to challenge the status quo with a “test-and-learn” mentality, define innovative pilot go-to-market tests to find new mechanisms for growth in New Zealand Who you are To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company Proven track recording of leading and owning 360-integrated marketing campaigns to build brand and drive demand in the NZ Market A fiercely commercial mindset - you have a history of owning a pipeline number, reporting from a CRM (like Salesforce), and being jointly accountable for revenue goals with a sales team. Deep understanding of the New Zealand market, including its business community, key players, and how to localise marketing messages while maintaining global and regional brand alignment Ability to generate and synthesise actionable customer and market insights, using data analysis, customer feedback and research to inform content strategies, improve targeting, and drive business decisions. Have hands-on expertise with a modern marketing tech stack for marketing analytics and automation (e.g.,Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEM Rush) The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, detail-oriented and has a strong drive for excellence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment, with proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage multiple deadlines What we can offer At Employment Hero, we don’t just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
