Overview
Oakberry Australia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to focus on product, loyalty, digital, and CRM initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and drive commercial growth. Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role is responsible for leading the execution of key marketing programs, managing digital campaigns, and rolling out loyalty strategies such as the My Oak App.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with agencies and franchisees, and provide direct guidance to a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic rollout of CRM and loyalty programs, including the My Oak App, ensuring adoption and engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Website, My Oak, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok), tracking performance and ROI.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for product launches and innovation across Oakberry’s portfolio.
  • Oversee CRM workflows, customer data segmentation, and reporting to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support franchisees with marketing materials and loyalty initiatives (POS displays, store opening packs, brochures, posters).
  • Ensure alignment with Oakberry Global on product, loyalty, and digital campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing management experience, ideally with strong exposure to digital, product, and CRM/loyalty.
  • Proven ability to deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, customer journey mapping, and loyalty program execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to manage agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting franchisee or multi-site businesses is highly desirable.
  • Australian Working Rights.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
