  • Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and performance.
  • CRM System
  • Manage the CRM system to optimise customer engagement and retention.
  • Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns and other customer-focused communications.
  • Marketing Platforms – Online Classifieds
  • Create and manage targeted campaigns across online classifieds to drive leads and sales.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Develop and manage the social media strategy across all platforms, driving cost-effective organic leads.
  • Create compelling content to engage and grow our audience.
  • Monitor trends and respond to customer interactions effectively.
  • Reputation Management
  • Manage and respond to reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and other platforms.
  • Analyse and communicate feedback findings, identifying trends to improve customer perception.
  • Drive stores to engage with customers to promote positive reviews and reduce negative feedback.
  • Lead Management
  • Analyse and communicate lead statistics to optimise conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
  • Renewal Business
  • Identify opportunities to target renewal business, such as utilising the company database, finance renewals, and finance partner renewal systems.
  • Public Relations (PR) and Blogs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets.
  • Write and publish engaging blogs and press releases to strengthen the brand.
  • Collaboration with MB Marketing
  • Work closely with MB Marketing, which supports our marketing function, ensuring a strong and productive relationship.
