The Role We’re seeking a highly experienced, driven, and strategic marketing expert to join the corporate marketing team as Marketing Manager of Global Events. This is a strategic, hands-on operational role that requires equal strength in long-term planning and day-to-day delivery. The role is responsible for overseeing all Affle events across regions and business units, from planning to execution, including industry conferences and large-scale exhibitions, partner-led events, cross-BU initiatives, and Affle-hosted events. The Global Events Marketing Manager will be deeply involved in execution, working closely with various Affle teams and partners to ensure flawless delivery while building scalable processes for growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has experience managing complex global event programs, and can work closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and regional teams to ensure events drive clear business outcomes. What You’ll Own Event Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events across regions and business units, ranging from intimate round tables to happy hours and dinners to large- scale conferences and exhibitions Oversee event concept development, agendas, content flow, speaker coordination, and audience experience. Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all events globally. Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Industry & Partner Events Oversee Affle’s presence at key global and regional industry events. Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint events, Work closely with sales and marketing teams across Affle to align event participation with pipeline and relationship goals. Affle-Owned & Cross-BU Events Conceptualize and scale Affle-owned events such as summits, roundtables, roadshows, and customer dinners/ Happy Hours Drive cross-BU collaboration to deliver integrated events that showcase Affle’s full portfolio. Ensure events support thought leadership, demand generation, and customer engagement objectives. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with global marketing, regional marketing, sales, partnerships, product, and customer success teams. Act as the central point of coordination for all global event-related activities. Provide clear guidance and processes for regional and BU teams involved in events. Measurement & Optimization Define success metrics and KPIs for different event types (leads, pipeline influence, engagement, brand impact). Track performance and ROI across events and regions. Utilize insights and key learnings to continuously improve event strategy and execution. Budget & Vendor Management Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, production partners, and venues. Ensure cost efficiency and high execution standards across all events. Requirements +5 years of experience in global events, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing roles, preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS industries, or mobile apps. Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-region event programs. Experience working with industry events, partners and industry peers Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), able to engage clearly with senior stakeholders Comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones. You are Strategic thinker with strong execution capability. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
