Marketing Manager Build the voice of a category before the market knows it exists. Okoora is building the AI-native FX infrastructure powering global payments and multi-currency operations for banks, fintechs, payment companies, and international businesses. We've built the product, the partnerships, and the strategic direction. Now we're looking for the person who will build the market presence. This is a rare opportunity to join at the stage where the story is clear, but the brand is still waiting to be amplified. You'll work directly with the CEO and own how Okoora shows up to customers, partners, investors, and the broader market. What you'll do Build and own Okoora's marketing engine from the ground up. Turn strategic insights into a consistent stream of high-quality content across LinkedIn, articles, email, video, landing pages, and visual assets. Drive distribution, not just content creation. You'll decide where content goes, how it gets amplified, and how it reaches the audiences that matter. Build brand awareness and recognition across banks, fintechs, payment companies, and multinational businesses. Create sales and partner-facing materials that help move opportunities forward. Leverage AI daily to scale content creation, repurposing, design, video, and distribution workflows. This role is highly hands-on You won't be managing agencies or coordinating vendors. You'll personally: Create content and copy in English. Design visual assets, presentations, and social content. Build landing pages. Produce and edit short-form videos. Launch and grow distribution channels. Build AI-powered workflows that multiply output and impact. Who you are 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in fintech, SaaS, infrastructure, or a related field is a strong advantage. A self-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy. Strong writer and storyteller with excellent English. Naturally curious about technical topics and able to simplify complexity. Creative about both content and distribution. Genuinely AI-native, using AI tools and workflows as part of your everyday work. Fast-moving, execution-oriented, and excited about building from zero. What we'd love to see Content, campaigns, videos, landing pages, or assets you've personally created. Examples of AI workflows you've built and used in practice. Evidence of growing an audience, brand presence, or demand from an early stage. Why this role? Because opportunities to build a category-defining brand from the ground up don't come often.
