MARKETING MANAGER - ONSPOT DERMATOLOGY Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + performance bonus Location: Hybrid - some travel required across Florida ---------------------------------------- ABOUT ONSPOT DERMATOLOGY OnSpot Dermatology is Florida's leading mobile dermatology practice, bringing full-service dermatological care, including skin cancer exams, Mohs surgery, cosmetic services, and telemedicine, directly to patients at their workplace, community, or home. Since 2021, OnSpot has diagnosed and treated thousands of skin cancers across Florida, partnering with businesses, communities, and healthcare systems to make life-saving care accessible and convenient. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven company looking for our first dedicated marketing leader to help us scale. ---------------------------------------- THE OPPORTUNITY This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing department from the ground up. You will be the first marketing hire at OnSpot, reporting directly to senior leadership. You will have full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution across all channels, and the autonomy to build the team, tools, and processes you need to grow. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for healthcare and community impact, and wants to make a real difference in people's lives, this role is for you. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU WILL OWN * Build and own OnSpot's marketing strategy across B2C (patients) and B2B (businesses, communities) channels * Develop and execute campaigns to drive patient appointments, corporate partnerships, and community events * Manage digital marketing: SEO, Google Ads, paid social, email, and content * Own social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn * Build and manage a CRM and marketing automation system from scratch * Create marketing materials: one-page flyers, decks, email sequences, and landing pages * Develop and execute a PR and media strategy, building on OnSpot's existing news coverage * Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI to leadership * Manage marketing budget and external vendors (agencies, designers, photographers) * Over time, hire and manage a marketing team as the company scales ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required * 3–6+ years of marketing experience, with at least some B2B marketing background * Proven experience building or owning a marketing function independently * Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing * Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics and reporting * Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities Preferred * Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a regulated industry * Experience marketing to HR/benefits audiences or community organizations * Familiarity with video content creation and short-form social media * Experience in a startup or high-growth environment * Florida market knowledge a plus ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary ($70,000 – $90,000) commensurate with experience * Performance-based bonus * Health insurance * Meaningful work, your marketing will directly contribute to finding and treating skin cancer * Full autonomy to build something from scratch with complete leadership support * Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the company scales
