Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING



    • You’ll lead go-to-market and growth initiatives for both owned brands and external partner campaigns. This includes:

    • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and execute full-funnel brand and product marketing campaigns which drive measurable customer trial, growth and loyalty, across Owned & Exclusive brands, collaborating with in-house creative, performance and category teams
    • New Product Launches: Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new product innovations within Owned and Exclusive Brands, ensuring compelling brand narratives and customer education
    • Retail Media Campaign & Pitch Leadership: Lead the creation and pitch of yearly/monthly retail media campaigns, delivering high-quality branded content and integrated campaign plans across. ATL, digital, onsite, and performance channels..
    • Revenue Growth & Product Innovation: Working closely with the Onsite Campaigns and Category Management teams, build and maintain pitch packs, media kits, rate cards, and case studies to enable scalable, repeatable sales success
    • Insights & Optimisation: Use market, customer, and campaign insights to continuously refine brand strategy and marketing performance.


      • Champion Owned and Exclusives brands across the company, building both internal and customer-facing marketing campaigns to drive growth

      • Partner with product, commercial, and ecommerce teams to drive brand visibility and conversion across key customer journeys


        • Drive incremental investment across Pet Circle’s top 10+ suppliers

        ROLE LOCATION

        We believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your pet might love coming to the office even more than you). This is subject to change in line with business requirements.
