Description

Join the commercial team that’s powering wine packaging innovation.
Packamama is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, elevate brand visibility, and support commercial success.
If you’re strategically minded, creatively inclined, commercially aware, and have a strong track record in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that ultimately drive sales, then we want to hear from you. This is a key role in scaling our multinational business and shaping how the world sees Packamama and our customers understand us.

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with a strong digital background and a passion for brand building in a fast-paced start-up environment. You’ll be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, which ultimately supports our sales efforts.

You should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment with a B2C outlook
  • Experience or strong interest in the wine industry, packaging, or sustainability
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a commercial mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A creative and analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide decisions
  • A team-player attitude and flexibility to adapt in a start-up environment
  • Excited by sustainability and innovation
Responsibilities

This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead Packamama’s marketing across a wide spectrum of channels – from digital influence and thought leadership, to high-profile industry events and award campaigns, to the creation of compelling materials that tell our sustainability story.
