Description

WHAT IS ISSA LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager, Paid Search lead our customer acquisition and demand generation efforts across three distinct brands with varied audience segments and buyer journeys. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with a strong background in paid search and lead generation, who has hands-on experience managing campaigns in-house or at an agency.
You’ll manage day-to-day paid search operations across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, support continuous testing and optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve conversion and lead quality. Another key part of your role will be supporting the day-to-day rhythms of the paid media team in addition to conversion rate optimization, as this role will focus on more than just traditional paid search.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion rate optimization.
  • A strong analytical mindset, able to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.
  • Knowledge of attribution models, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, MMM Tools, etc.).
  • Strong ability to manage budgets and forecast performance with a focus on ROI.
  • Experience working with marketing tags platforms (like Google Tag Manager) a plus
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (DTC, e-learning, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategies.
