As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to build our brand, drive product adoption, and engage customers. While your primary focus will be on core marketing activities, you will also support Papa’s Herb™’s presence at quarterly tradeshows and industry events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and digital marketing
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Experience in regulated industries (cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals) is an asset
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for tradeshows/events (10–20%)
  • Must work onsite in Markham, Ontario
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive product adoption
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for new product launches and regional expansions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for optimal results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on return on investment
  • Plan and coordinate Papa’s Herb™ participation in quarterly tradeshows, industry events, and brand activations, including logistics, booth setup, and sourcing promotional materials
  • Develop customer engagement initiatives such as loyalty programs and in-store promotions
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with federal and provincial cannabis advertising regulations
