Marketing Manager (1-Year Parental cover) Location: Bunbury (22.5 hours a week) What this job involves We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Bunbury-based team as the Marketing Manager for JLL, overseeing a shopping centre on our client account. This exciting opportunity is a part-time, one-year parental leave cover position, commencing Monday, 8th December. The successful person will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance the shopping centre's profile. Building and maintaining a market presence to ensure the centre is marketed in a manner reflective of its status. Managing relationships with key stakeholders within the local community to ensure the centre is firmly established as the destination of choice for the trade area. Develop, prepare and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget. Report marketing results regarding performance of campaigns. Prepare and implement the annual marketing budget in line with the centre business plan. Develop campaign planners and assist in executing campaign and promotional activities Engage and communicate with retailers on promotional opportunities and campaign objectives Produce media and advertising requirements in line with the marketing plan. Develop and manage a Digital plan that creates Centre awareness and sales opportunities Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role is required as is a demonstrated ability in delivering high quality, effective and creative marketing and brand positioning strategies A working knowledge of all traditional, digital and social media/relationship marketing tools is required Excellent reporting, analysing and Microsoft Office skills is required.
