Own and Execute Partnership Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of consumer co-marketing campaigns with key merchants and brands — from concept and pitch through execution and post-campaign analysis. Drive Growth Through Collaboration: Build and nurture strong, trust-based partner relationships, co-creating programs and promotions that deliver measurable business impact and inspire consumer engagement. Lead Hands-On Execution: Oversee creative development, campaign setup, asset delivery, and activation across digital and in-store channels to ensure best-in-class execution. Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with internal partners — including brand, product, analytics, and legal — to ensure alignment, efficiency, and flawless delivery. Measure and Optimize: Track and analyze performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve campaign results and partnership value.
