MARKETING MANAGER — IN-HOUSE | DIY GARDENING & PEST CONTROL ECOMMERCE

We’re a market leader in DIY gardening and pest control solutions — proudly Australian, product-driven, and trusted by thousands of households. We offer premium, trade-tested products across our online store and national campaigns.
Now, we’re looking for an in-house Marketing Manager to take our content, campaigns, and performance to the next level. You’ll lead and execute our full marketing strategy across social media, email, SEO, and paid ads, with a strong focus on creative content development that educates and converts.

Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Creation (Core Focus)

  • Develop original, scroll-stopping content for social media (Reels, carousels, stories, posts)
  • Write clear, engaging copy for ads, emails, and landing pages
  • Own the end-to-end campaign cycle: concept → content → launch → performance tracking
  • Repurpose testimonials, customer photos, and product benefits into strong marketing content
  • Work closely with our team to film, shoot, and edit product demos and seasonal content

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Create, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Optimise weekly and seasonal performance marketing (ROAS, CTR, CAC)
  • Oversee SEO keyword targeting (in collaboration with an external agency)
  • Build and manage email campaigns and automations in Mailchimp (flows, segments, newsletters)

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Report on marketing metrics and campaign ROI
  • Use GA4, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager to track and improve marketing efforts
  • Recommend data-driven changes across creative, targeting, and website funnel

Team & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, customer service) to align marketing priorities
  • Work with external partners (e.g., agency or freelancers) for SEO or ad creative if needed
