Responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies that increase the in online and offline traffic, improving conversion rates, conducting in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, optimizing search engine marketing campaigns by leveraging SEO tools. Duties & Responsibilities: Create, update, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition and retention. Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, SEO, email, etc.). Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making. Conduct experiments to test different tactics, messages, and designs for improved conversion rates. Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and internal teams to align on growth initiatives. Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals. Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI. Manage public relations and offline marketing activities, including exhibitions and events. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and internal regulations. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge in performance marketing, SEO, and digital channels. Proficient in photography & montage, editorial writing, graphic design, media content creation, and content documentation/archiving. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and numerical ability. High adaptability and ability to innovate. Leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer focus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, and ERP systems. Proficient in English.
