Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic *Marketing & Public Relations *to help strengthen our industry presence, enhance brand awareness, and develop an outstanding corporate image through strategic communication and PR initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who excels in content creation, event planning, and digital marketing. You will play a key role in building upon our existing marketing success and driving our brand to new heights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing marketing and public relations strategies, including goal setting, budgeting, and tactical planning.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials. Prepare and distribute monthly internal newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates and marketing initiatives. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), create compelling content, engage with followers, and explore new platforms to expand reach.
  • Public Relations & Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media professionals, draft press releases, and seek opportunities for media coverage in industry publications.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and support conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and open days. Manage logistics, promotional materials, and event execution.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance. Generate and analyze SEO and marketing performance reports on a regular basis to inform strategy and decision-making. Provide reports on key marketing metrics and return on investment.
  • Industry & Competitive Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market opportunities. Offer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Brand & Corporate Communications: Work closely with designers, product marketers, and sales teams to create brochures, videos, multimedia presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and evaluate partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities to maximize brand exposure.
  • Other Duties: Support additional marketing and PR initiatives as required by senior management.
