We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Marketing Manager to join our Retail and Customer Marketing team. We’ll be hosting a virtual open forum on if you would like to hear more about this role and ask any questions.

From £41,500,

Responsibilities

This role works across the business, using customer and market insight to develop and optimise our campaign and always on comms activity. This role focuses on helping customers to take positive actions to help them to meet their retirement savings goals. Driving retention and engagement are central to the role. Putting customers at the centre of all communications activity is essential – ensuring all communications feel like one seamless journey, and ensuring customers receive the right messages from us at the right time through the right channel.
Measurement is key to this role – building testing and optimisation into our campaign development process, along with testing content and responses from different audiences to develop our longer term strategy.

You’ll
work with our Digital and Proposition teams, as well as our internal Creative Services team and external agencies to create engaging communications across multi media channels, and you’ll manage the delivery of multi channel marketing activity.
What are we looking for?

  • Direct to customer Marketing campaign development and management experience in either Pensions and/or Financial Services market

  • Strong understanding of customer engagement drivers,

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across the organisation to drive agreement to plans and strategies.

  • Demonstrable skills in cross-functional team working, as well as being a natural collaborator

  • Proven ability to optimise processes to drive efficiency and improve customer experience

  • Strong data and measurement experience, being able to interpret data and results to drive continuous improvement.
