Countrywide Healthcare is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive business growth across both B2B and B2C markets. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support customer retention, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and business growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, events, and PR.
  • Manage the annual marketing plan, campaign calendar, and budget, ensuring activity aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable ROI.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to generate leads, support pipeline growth, and maximise opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Create compelling marketing content including case studies, customer success stories, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Develop and grow Countrywide Healthcare's social media presence across key platforms, strengthening brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, customer insights, and emerging trends.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer lifecycle initiatives designed to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Plan and deliver exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and networking activities, measuring their effectiveness and commercial impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance through data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, partnering with Sales, Customer Services, E-Commerce, Product and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on results and innovation.
