Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager(with a focus on PPC) will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimisation of all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to maximise return on investment (ROI) and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, set campaign objectives, and define KPIs for paid media efforts.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform PPC strategy.

Campaign Management

  • Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while meeting key performance indicators.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with content and design teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
  • Generate actionable insights and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Present performance updates and strategy refinements to internal stakeholders and clients.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for PPC-related queries and updates.
