Point of Care (POC) is a key business for our diagnostic solutions, which products are used in hospitals, laboratories and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. Core Job Responsibilities: In order to become a clinical and technical specialist for the products sold at the POC, we will actively absorb the necessary knowledge and plan and execute product promotions and marketing campaigns. Support, plan, and implement product marketing and field marketing activities. Under the guidance and direction of a marketing supervisor, the following duties shall be carried out. Planning and execution of various marketing activities, planning and production of catalogs and audiovisual materials. Monitor the sales plans and performance of business units, and consider and implement marketing activities according to the actual situation. In cooperation with external production companies, etc., we will produce various exhibits and promotional items. Plan and implement various related academic conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars. If necessary, we will cooperate with overseas marketing staff of this division to plan and implement various marketing planning events. Perform other duties as instructed. Required Skill& Expertise & Industry& Education & Qualifications: Essential: ・University degree ・Business level English proficiency ・Marketing experience at a medical device manufacturer ・Ability to travel (domestic and overseas) - Work experience in Microsoft Outlook (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) Desirable: - Work experience of 1~4 above (more than 10 years of marketing work experience) - Experience working in the clinical laboratory industry - Experience in handling equipment that requires a budget application at a hospital for sale (capital (durable consumer goods) medical equipment) - Team management experience Sales Point & Career Path: This is a fairly new division in ABT, which has just been in full-scale operation since 2016.
