As our organization grows, we’re seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and collaborative leader to oversee the execution of national and local marketing initiatives across three dynamic brands: AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options.
In this role, you will develop national and local marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, manage a team of local marketing specialists, and drive performance for new, high-priority, and at-risk centers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of marketing strategy, operational excellence, and franchisee relationship management.

• Annual base salary of $110,000-$120,000 based on experience.
• Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.

Occasionally moves files, office supplies, and other materials, typically weighing up to 10-20 pounds. May need to traverse short and long distances within the office to attend meetings. Work is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with minimal noise levels.

  Compensation: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
