Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the transformation of UCL’s prospectuses, which are amongst the most important tools for attracting students to join UCL. You’ll work in a matrix team environment and will deliver a range of workstreams relating to the introduction of new systems and processes.
The change projects in scope of Prospectus Transformation are; the Programme Excellence Project (PEP), which will restructure and simplify UCL’s portfolio and the programmes within them; the Curriculum Information Management Project (CIM) which will move the mastering of UCL’s courses from SITS to a new system, Courseloop; and the Drupal 10 project, which will move the prospectus to a new front end.
The role holder will line manage the Senior Marketing Officer and the Marketing Officer.
In addition to supporting Prospectus Transformation the role holder will work alongside the existing Publications team to ensure that the annual print and online Prospectus are delivered on time, this may also require supporting recruitment in the team.
