POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Brand Manager to lead our brand’s omnichannel presence. This role will be pivotal in driving growth across eCommerce platforms, retail channels, OEM partnerships, direct sales, and the promotional products sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and a passion for building brand equity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in brand or marketing roles—ideally within manufacturing, retail,
    eCommerce, OEM, or promotional product sectors

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proven success in omnichannel brand planning and execution
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Leadership experience in building transparent, accountable, high-performance teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms
  • Preferred Experience: In manufacturing or promotional products industries
