Our team specializes in solving complex customer challenges through innovative design, precision manufacturing, and deep technical expertise - using additive manufacturing, plastic injection molding, and extrusion technologies.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager or Marketing Director with extensive experience to build and lead our marketing function, drive brand growth, and support our expansion into global markets.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who can translate engineering excellence and technical problem-solving into compelling brand messaging, and who thrives in a B2B environment where innovation and customer collaboration are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build-up and lead the marketing department, including hiring and mentoring future team members
  • Fine -Tune and execute a global marketing strategy tailored to diverse industries and regions
  • Manage and collaborate with our external ad agency to ensure alignment with brand and business goals
  • Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging, and trade show
  • Translate complex technical product features into compelling, customer-focused messaging
  • Support product launches with go-to-market strategies, collateral, and campaigns
  • Localize marketing efforts for international markets while maintaining brand integrity
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform strategy
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and engineering teams to understand customer challenges and translate technical solutions into market-facing messaging

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical product sectors
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and working with ad agencies
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, product positioning, and customer segmentation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to translate technical product information into clear, compelling marketing content
  • Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or technical background a plus)
  • Ability to understand and communicate the value of engineering-led innovation and custom problem-solving

Nice to Have

  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing, injection molding, or extrusion-based products
  • Multilingual or experience working in multicultural environments
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Developing Teams
