Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for events, brand storytelling, and audience growth? RXA is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for Australia’s premier conference & exhibition events.
About the role:
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing strategies for a portfolio of B2B trade events, driving attendee engagement, exhibitor success, and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll manage targeted campaigns, oversee budgets, and adapt tactics weekly throughout a 15-week cycle to meet performance goals—all while positioning our events as industry leaders.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role is based in Chatswood, Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
