In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow the brand while planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to expand a global user base. Your efforts will deepen engagement and enhance awareness of the mission and products. Collaborating across teams, this position focuses on execution and managing external partners, with potential for growth into leadership as the team expands. \n Accountabilities Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels. Develop or direct the creation of high-quality content including blogs, newsletters, website copy, social posts, videos, and release communications. Lead brand and growth initiatives to strengthen awareness and user engagement across all audience segments. Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and creative partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Collaborate with the Product Director on go-to-market activities and launch communications. Track and analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Maintain operational efficiency through organized workflows, campaign documentation, and process improvements. Requirements 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in the tech space with successful execution of multi-channel campaigns. 3+ years of experience managing or directing work of others, including staff and external partners. Experience with email marketing strategy, segmentation, automation workflows, and conversion optimization. Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with attention to tone and brand consistency. Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide campaign strategy. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CMS, social media management, email platforms). Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
