We are a growing U.S.-focused business generating over $2 million in annual revenue, and we are seeking a strategic, performance-driven Marketing Manager to help scale our brand and customer acquisition efforts. Position Overview We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and optimize marketing initiatives for the United States market. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, performance analysis, and execution leadership. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to: Develop high-impact marketing strategies Translate performance data into actionable campaign improvements Track measurable growth over time Align marketing efforts directly with revenue and lead generation goals This is a remote position with required overlap of at least 50% with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to the U.S. market, aligned with revenue and brand growth goals. Define clear KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, pipeline contribution, etc.) and establish reporting structures to measure performance. Own campaign performance tracking and implement ongoing optimization based on data insights. Develop compelling marketing materials including campaign messaging, email content, landing pages, product positioning documents, and sales enablement tools. Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to define target audiences, strengthen value propositions, and improve acquisition and retention. Translate high-level strategy into detailed execution plans with clear timelines, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when needed to support tactical campaign execution. Monitor competitors and market trends within the U.S. commercial purchasing landscape to refine positioning and messaging. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on strategic planning, campaign leadership, and performance optimization (B2B, industrial, or eCommerce environments preferred). Demonstrated experience marketing to the U.S. market, with understanding of cultural nuances and customer expectations. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into measurable improvements. Experience defining KPIs and using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or similar platforms. Proven ability to lead campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive messaging for U.S. audiences. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams. Comfortable operating in a remote environment with time zone collaboration. Work Schedule Requirement This is a fully remote position.
