We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our marketing engine — from digital strategy and brand development to lead generation and performance tracking. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). 7+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a management or leadership capacity. Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand strategy. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.). Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or AccuLynx preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in construction, restoration, or home improvement industries is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets. Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and local marketing). Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels, campaigns, and materials. Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure marketing efforts drive quality leads and track conversion performance. Coordinate content creation, including social media, video, community outreach, and website updates. Manage marketing budget, performance tracking, and vendor relationships. Lead data-driven reporting to measure results (CPL, conversion rate, ROI, etc.). Support recruiting marketing and employer branding initiatives. Develop marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and community involvement programs.
