Job Description What you’ll do We’re on the lookout for a passionate and data-driven Marketing Manager, Retention to join our Roadside/Membership business unit (12 month parental leave contract) In this pivotal role, you’ll operationalise retention strategies and drive targeted campaigns to maximise renewals, add value to our members, strengthen customer relationships, and support business outcomes across the NRMA group. Drive Retention Strategy: Operationalise data-driven communications to grow and retain our member base, leveraging insights and segmentation to deliver effective campaigns. Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end planning, development and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (DM, eDM, mobile, website, digital)), ensuring activity is on time and within budget. Optimise Performance: Implement test & learn methodologies, report on outcomes, and share results to inform future campaigns. Customer Communications: Manage and enhance renewal communication programs, ensuring information is accurate and compliant. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including Creative, Digital, Data, Technology, Insights and Sales teams. Support Group Initiatives: Participate in various projects to support the Marketing team and wider business goals. What you’ll bring You’re a collaborative marketing professional with experience in developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels. You get excited by data and insights, and know how to translate them into targeted, impactful communications to deliver results. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and comfortably working and negotiating with stakeholders of all levels. Proven track record in developing and delivering campaigns across various channels: DM, eDM, mobile, website, digital, social.
