We are partnered with a Northampton based, forward-thinking software provider in the automotive sector to appoint a Marketing Manager. The position centres on delivering ROI-driven marketing strategies, creating visual content, managing paid advertising, and overseeing CRM activities.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in the B2B SaaS industry (preferred)
  • Proven success in managing ROI-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop or similar software
  • Strong understanding of SEO and Google Ads/PPC campaigns and best practices.
  • A strategic thinker who is commercially aware.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for data-driven marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

You will manage and drive strategic alignment between paid and organic search initiatives and overarching marketing goals, optimising lead generation, maximising ROI, and enhancing competitive search visibility.
In this role, you will leverage performance analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness and maintain a competitive edge, while proactively identifying and adopting emerging marketing technologies, systems, and strategies that drive business objectives forward.
This full-time role is well-suited to an experienced and innovative digital marketing professional with a proven track record in managing paid media campaigns, driving organic search visibility, and delivering measurable business growth in a B2B SaaS environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on achieving clear ROI.
  • Design and refine visual content
  • SEO, content, outreach, and PPC campaign management and ensure alignment with company objectives.
