Location: Head Office – Mississauga.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and managing all the company’s marketing and communication activities to achieve sales and market share growth. This includes developing strategic campaigns, leading digital and offline initiatives, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, and communications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electrical, technical, industrial, or HVAC industries (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capable of developing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies.
  • Ability to self-motivate, multitask, and thrive independently or within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common marketing tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and internationally.
